All three designs are crafted in .925 sterling silver with 18K gold vermeil, a 2.5-micron layer of gold, and an additional protective coating. Stones are deep red, garnet-colored cubic zirconia. Each piece is made to order.

1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All jewelry purchased from Lumi & Veil Co., including individual pieces and the Frozen Crown Collection three-piece bundle, is made to order.

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

This policy does not affect your rights or the remedies available for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

2. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because our jewelry is made to order, we begin arranging production following order confirmation.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations and modifications are not guaranteed. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lumiandveilco@gmail.com, including your order number and the requested change.

We will review requests individually. Changes or cancellations requested for personal convenience may be declined once production arrangements have begun.

If Lumi & Veil Co. is unable to fulfill an order, or if cancellation or a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
