Lumi & Veil Co. offers thoughtfully designed, made-to-order jewelry, including The Frozen Crown Collection and its individual pieces.

Our jewelry is crafted using materials described on the applicable product pages, including .925 sterling silver with 18K gold vermeil and selected decorative stones.

Product photographs, descriptions, measurements, and colors are provided to represent our designs as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship, lighting, screen settings, or the manufacturing process.

2. Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Lumi & Veil Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

If a paid order is canceled by us, we will issue an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

3. Made-to-Order Production and Delivery

Our jewelry is made to order rather than produced as ready-to-ship inventory.

Estimated total production and delivery time: 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

This estimate includes production, finishing, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If significant delays arise, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods.

4. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed on our website and may vary according to the customer's selected currency or market.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout, as appropriate.

We reserve the right to update product prices and promotional offers. Any changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order, except as permitted by applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because our jewelry is made to order, we generally do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once custom production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.
